4 tbsp oat
1/2 cup low fat milk
2 tbsp chunky peanut butter

1/4 big banana, sliced
Almond nut, sliced
Walnut, smashed
2 tsp vanilla extract
Choco chips
1 tbsp chia seeds
How to:
layer it all up on a jar or any container you have, let it sit for a night on fridge. Next thing in the morning you can just grab and it eat or mix it up first. Stay healthy stay strong!
