1. Foster the People - III

Your favorite "Pumped Up Kicks" band is back!

Foster the People tak hanya merilis satu ataupun dua, namun tiga lagu baru di EP "III" ini. Setelah memberikan petunjuk comeback di Instagram @fosterthepeople, Mark Foster dkk kembali dengan "Doing It For the Money", "Pay The Man," dan "SHC". Ketiga lagu tersebut rencananya juga akan masuk ke dalam album ketiga mendatang mereka, menyusul "Supermodel" (2014) dan "Torches" (2011).

To be completely honest, I'm actually pretty bummed with how they sound in these recent songs, especially after "Supermodel" (my personal favorite). It's just that there is just too much going on with the production.

2. Gorillaz - Humanz

Setelah hiatus panjang selama hampir tujuh tahun, Damon Albarn bersama Jamie Hewlett dan kru animasinya kembali dengan album "HUMANZ". Noodle, 2D, Murdoc, and Russel are finally back!

Pada 23 Maret lalu, Gorillaz terlebih dahulu "menggoda" para penggemar dengan merilis empat lagu: "Saturn Barz", "Andromeda", "Ascension", dan "We Got The Power". However, out of these four songs, WGTP is an instant jam. Well, at least, for me. Plus, it features Noel Gallagher on the chorus. Not that it's a big deal.

Lalu, tepatnya tiga puluh enam hari kemudian, pada 28 April, album penuh "HUMANZ" dapat dinikmati secara worldwide. This album is jam-packed (literally and figuratively) for Gorillaz fans.

3. HAIM - Right Now (Live)

Who misses the Haim sisters here? ME. Praktis setelah album pertama, "Days Are Gone" pada 2013, HAIM tidak mengeluarkan lagu-lagu baru lagi secara official. Well, kecuali kolaborasi "Pray to God" bersama Calvin Harris, sih. So, it's not counted.

Pada 2016 lalu, Danielle, Este, dan Alana sempat membawakan dua lagu baru "Give Me Just a Little of Your Love" dan "Nothing's Wrong" di beberapa gigs mereka.

After all, HAIM knew exactly how to play the comeback game. Mereka menggoda dan memberikan petunjuk di papan iklan di London, Berlin, serta Los Angeles dan video trailer di Instagram sebelum akhirnya, pada 27 April, merilis lagu dan video terbaru, "Right Now." HAIM juga mengumumkan album sophomore ini berjudul "Something To Tell You."

Namun, nampaknya kita masih harus bersabar menunggu lagi. HAIM baru akan merilis album terbarunya ini secara full pada 7 Juli mendatang. Tapi, jangan khawatir! Mereka akan kembali (lagi) dengan official single "Something To Tell You" pada 3 Mei - which is tomorrow! Woot woot!
