A Kumparan Journey - My First Story

This is my first story on Kumparan. I will tell you about my experience of using Kumparan for the first time.

The sign up process is very quick. I can use my google account or facebook account to create new account in Kumparan, which is very good. The 3rd party login helps me to not remember/save a new password anymore :D.

On the other hand, the UI is very crowded, there are 3 columns in the desktop version and so many text/headline. I think Kumparan should use one column as the content feed, and one column as the discovery stuff (trending stories, editor's pick, etc). Simple is better.

Writing experience is good. The form is very simple and intuitive. I hope they are adding more tools to help the writer to express their story better (emoji, etc). Topic tagging is very raw, I hope they add some feature for autocomplete topic name so writer can choose to add the story to existing topic.
