• Alamat lengkap dan nomor telepon atau alamat surel (email) di bagian kanan atas.

• Tanggal lengkap.

• Nama perekrut (employer) beserta alamatnya.

• Salam pembuka.

• Menuliskan posisi lowongan pekerjaan yang akan dilamar.

• Menyampaikan alasan ingin melamar pekerjaan dan mengapa pekerjaan tersebut cocok bagi kandidat.
