Contoh kalimat simple present tense bervariasi tergantung pada konteks, dan biasanya digunakan untuk menyatakan kebiasaan atau rutinitas harian, fakta umum atau kebenaran ilmiah, kejadian yang terjadwal atau terkait jadwal, kondisi yang bersifat tetap, instruksi atau arahan, perasaan atau opini, dan pertanyaan di simple present.
