The Last of Us Part 2 Jadi Game Terbaik 2020 di The Game Awards
PerbesarThe Last of Us Part 2 resmi menyandang gelar Game of the Year alias game terbaik 2020. Game besutan studio Naughty Dog dan Sony Interactive Entertainment itu sukses mengalahkan nominator lain, seperti Ghost of Tsushima dan Final Fantasy VII Remake.
Game eksklusif PlayStation itu meraih penghargaan bergengsi tersebut di ajang The Game Awards 2020 yang berlangsung pada Jumat (11/12) waktu Indonesia.
Game of the Year bukan satu-satunya gelar yang sukses dibawa pulang Naughty Dog. The Last of Us Part 2 juga memboyong banyak penghargaan di berbagai kategori, mulai dari Best Game Direction, Best Narrative, hingga Best Action/Adventure. Total ada tujuh penghargaan yang diraih game The Last of Us Part 2
Banyak hal menarik terjadi di The Game Awards 2020. Among Us, misalnya, game yang sudah dirilis sejak Juni 2018 itu secara mengejutkan mendapat penghargaan tahun ini sebagai game mobile terbaik (Best Mobile Game) dan game multiplayer terbaik (Best Multiplayer).
Sementara game lama yang dibuat ulang alias remake juga meraih gelar tahun ini, yakni Final Fantasy VII Remake untuk kategori Best Score and Music dan Best Role Playing, serta Tony Hawk's Pro Skater 1+2 sebagai game terbaik di kategori Best Sports/Racing.
