The K-Pop fan community is always related with the fans and its fanbase accounts. A mutualism symbiosis are established between fans and fanbase accounts in social media.

Some fans even refer the fanbase admin as the 'second manager' of the idol, because deft in providing information and schedule about their favorite idols.

1. Always up to date
K-pop fans will always want to get the latest information about their idol. So the K-Pop admins are required to keep up and up to date with the latest K-Pop idol information. They will check the idol's schedule, or the latets news of their idols in social media or sites that giving information of their favorite idol.
To stay up to date, fanbase admins can not miss the news. Then the time, dedication needed to become a fanbase admin. They often, at least spend 1 to 2 hours to find the latest information about their favorite artist, and shared with other fans.

2. The second manager
The admins of the fanbase account are often referred to as the second manager of the artist. They are like the bridge from agency to other fans. The admin will usually create a list of the schedule of the idol's activities, provide updates about the latest schedules, even make tutorials for fans to help them stream the idols songs or videos as part of fans' support.
Fanbase is also often trusted by the promoters to provide information related to their favorite idol's concert. But sometimes, a lot of fans are mistaken, and think these admins know everything, including the concert schedule that has not been confirmed.

'Working' as a fanbase admin is not as easy as turning the palm of the hand. It takes not only dedication, as they also should be able to divide their own time. Usually some fanbase admins have more than one social media accounts. This method is used so that they can follow the account of the idol's information sources, and separate it with their real lie friends' accounts. 5. Working unconditionally
Digging information and doing a cross check about K-Pop idol news is not easy. But the admin is willing and very dedicated to be able to provide information about his idol to other fans.
They are not paid, even rarely get a thanked for their hard work in providing information to the fans. But of course it does not stop these admins to keep sharing info about their favorite idols with other fans.
