Differentiated learning has become one of the important approaches in the world of education to address the diverse learning needs of students. This strategy allows teachers to adapt materials, methods, and evaluations based on individual differences among students, such as readiness, interests, and learning styles. My experience during high school, I once felt the benefits of this approach, which left a deep impression on my learning experience. One of the main strategies in differentiated learning is providing flexibility in choosing learning methods. For example, when I was studying mathematics, my teacher gave us the freedom to choose how to delve into the material. Some students choose to read textbooks, while others, including myself, choose to discuss in small groups. This discussion not only helps me understand the concepts better, but also trains my speaking skills in front of friends.

Another equally important strategy is to provide activities that match the readiness level of the students. In Mathematics lessons, our teacher uses diagnostic assessments to determine the initial abilities of students before starting a new topic. The results of this assessment are used to group students into three categories: those who need reinforcement of basic concepts, students with intermediate abilities, and those who are ready for higher challenges. I feel helped because the material I study matches my level of ability, making the learning process more effective.
Teachers at school also often use a variety of learning products as a strategy to accommodate students' interests and creativity. In the subject of Cultural Arts, we were given the option to create paintings, write poetry, or play musical instruments or create three-dimensional works as our final project. I chose to create a painting because I feel more comfortable expressing myself through the captivating strokes of colorful hues. This choice makes me feel valued as an individual with unique qualities.

The learning experience in high school provides a real understanding of how differentiated learning strategies can be effectively implemented. Flexibility, adaptation to the needs of students, and providing space for self-expression are the key factors for the success of this approach. With the right strategy, differentiated learning not only helps students understand the material better but also creates an inclusive learning environment.
