UIN Sunan Gunung Djati Bandung Confirm 14 Great Teachers

UIN Sunan Gunung Djati Bandung won Muri, said Mr. M Purwadi on Friday, 9 December 2022. The procession for the inauguration of the professor of Uin Sunan Gunung Djati Bandung in an open senate session which was held offline Thursday, 8 December 2022.

UIN Sunan Gunung Djati Bandung received the Muri award certificate (Indonesian world record museum) No. 10737/R.MURI/XII/2022 for the Most Inauguration of Professors at State Religious Colleges (PTKN). The charter was handed over at the Open Senate Session for the Inauguration of Professors which was held offline and broadcast live on UIN Sunan Gunung Djati Bandung's youtube channel, on Thursday, 8 December 2022.

In his remarks, the Chancellor of UIN Bandung, Mahmud, invited the newly inaugurated Professors to continue to improve the quality of science. "The professor must be wise in speaking and acting because all of his words and actions are examples, references," he stressed. He hopes that the presence of 14 professors at UIN Sunan Gunung Djati Bandung can have a positive impact or contribution in creating a superior and competitive campus. "Imam Al-Ghazali reminded us that the first thing to look at is his appearance, after that the content of his knowledge. I want the appearance of a Professor at the PTKIN campus to be a servant, not wanting to be served, wise in speaking, acting and trying to present Islamic behavior," he ordered .

"Please remind me, don't have any illusions, when you become a Professor you have an increase. Your opinion is very much awaited, but the income is small, sometimes it's mediocre, as long as it's a blessing, be smart and be grateful," he added.
