Asia Contents Awards & Global OTT Award menjadi bagian dari rangkaian acara Busan International Film Festival (BIFF 2024). Malam puncak acara penghargaan tersebut digelar pada 6 Oktober di BIFF Theater, Busan Cinema Center, Busan, Korea Selatan.

Serial Gadis Kretek mewakili Indonesia dalam acara tersebut. Serial yang dibintangi Dian Sastrowardoyo tersebut mendapatkan empat nominasi, yakni Best Creative, Best Lead Actress, Best Supporting Actor, dan Best Director.
