Setelah tahun lalu hanya digelar secara virtual, Emmy Awards 2021 berhasil digelar secara live pada Minggu (19/9) malam atau Senin (20/9) pagi waktu Indonesia. Acara digelar di Los Angeles, Amerika Serikat.

Serial Netflix, The Crown, yang meraih 11 nominasi sukses memboyong kemenangan terbanyak di 7 kategori. Ada pula Ted Lasso dark Apple TV+ yang sukses memenangkan 4 piala dari 13 nominasi.
